Carmen Schroeder

Carmen Schroeder married her high school sweetheart and theensuingyears quickly brought along four wonderful blessings (presently, ages 4 - 10). But a less than praiseworthy past and a losing battle with anxiety and depression kept her bound to 'a less than life' and unable to enjoy her gifts from God. Having not been raised in church, Carmen did not know where or whom to turn to for the guidance and comfort her troubled spirit longed for.

Shortly after getting married, she began to search out this Christ for herself through the depths of His Word...and amazingly discovered the One Who could not only set her free from her past and fill her with hope for her future, but also enable her to enjoy her present by the Power and Love of His Abiding Presence!

Carmen is now is a prolific writer residing in Missouri with her family and passionately shares God's Wonder-filled Word with women in conferences, workshops, and her onlineW.O.W. (Women Of the Word) Lifestyle Devotionals. The LORD has given her a great love and growing passion for studying and teaching Scripture from the foundational Hebraic roots' perspective.

The following verse is Carmen's Life-Line and reminder of His tremendous faithfulness to ALL who call upon the Name of the LORD! By His unfathomable GRACE, may you, too, RECEIVE and SING that NEW SONG from which many shall see and fear and put their trust in ADONAI!!

I WAITED patiently and expectantly for the Lord; and He inclined to me and heard my cry.

He drew me up out of a horrible pit [a pit of tumult and of destruction], out of the miry clay (froth and slime), and set my feet upon a rock, steadying my steps and establishing my goings.

And He has put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many shall see and fear (revere and worship) and put their trust and confident reliance in the Lord.

~ Psalm 40:1-3
