Are You Ready for a Contest??

We thought so! Let's face it, it's winter and we ALL could use a CONTEST!

This is a GOOD one! We're going to be GIVING AWAY 10 FREE tickets to the Nurturing Creativity & Efficient Living Conference at A Woman Inspired coming this January!

What exactly is The Nurturing Creativity & Efficient Living Conference at A Woman Inspired?

A Woman Inspired is presenting Nurturing Creativity & Efficient Living on January 25-29 2010

If only life was simpler: dinner ready on time.; freshly laundered clothes in everyone closet; every item has a place; money saving was easy and effective; time management was second nature to us. Hmmm… if only, right?

Well, we can ‘t change your home overnight but we can provide you with the tools to begin the process and motivate you to get started. We’ll have sessions on organization, money saving and management, easy meals, effective scheduling, overcome procrastination and more! This is one conference you can’t afford to miss!

In addition to that we hope to inspire your creative genius!

Have you been in touch with your inner creative diva? Do you want to learn to express yourself through paint mediums, culinary masterpieces, vibrant rooms or maybe through your own life as the canvas? Well, you can get inspired here.

Whether you feel stuck in a rut or just don’t know where to begin we can help. I’m confident that many of you have a pile of unfinished projects or maybe put off doing things simply because you feel you don’t have the time. We have all been there and can definitely relate. We would like you help get some momentum going so that you can begin to create and design no matter what your canvas preference is.

Learn how to:

* develop your God given talents and gifts
* push past creative blocks
* further your education in the area of your choice (at no cost)
* be more productive
* be more focused
* let your light shine!

Speakers include:
Laura, of OrgJunkie

I love this site, too, and would love to see more "Morning Devotions" in smaller pieces. I'm a mom of 2 young girls and my time on the computer is limited - as much as I'd love to luxuriate and read every word of every post here. I get SO MUCH from the posts here and condensed daily devotionals would be really awesome. =) The writers here almost always make me cry - but if I could cry in less than 5 minutes, that would rock! lol

How very exciting. Change is fun! I think it would be great to hear voices from women in ministry, ordained women and women pastors. I know of several who'd love to contribute.

What an exciting opportunity! Life is so complicated and so many of these ladies have great blogs that encourage us and give us handy hints on how to improve, try something new, or just to be better stewards of the family expenses. I love reading the devotions and do so many times from my phone. I usually just have a minute or two over breakfast to read them. If it is very long, I sometimes have to skip them.

This is exciting. I enjoy receiving your internet devotions via email each day. I love the devotions that are true to life and show the transparency of mothers and women in a short dose :)
Blessings,
Amy

I start my morning at work every day with reading this webpage and I love it! It is so inspiring and always gives me something to think about throughout the day - keep up the good work!
I would love to see more pieces being written by working women. I know there are a lot of stay at home mums out there, but there are also a lot of full-time working women who enjoy their work in addition to loving their family above everything else. I myself do not have a family yet (I'm getting married next summer), and I would really like to see pieces written by women in the same life situation as myself, e.g. on topics like facing non-believing colleagues every day, how to deal with pressure from work and still find time for morning devotions, etc.
Hugs, Karianne :-)

This is an awesome giveaway! Thanks! I, like one of the previous posters, would love to see more posts from full-time working moms. It is very difficult to juggle a full-time job, 3 children, a house & a husband!
Thanks!

I would like to see easy to read headlines so I can navigate more quickly. Also, I'd like to see devotionals and/or articles that span a wider variety of "place in life" for ladies. Some of us have young children, some middle, some older etc.
I love the ministry and have been blessed by it in this past year.

Thanks for the contest - what a great opportunity. I love your site. I would like to see you set uo & utilize the catergories on wordpress (so if I am looking for a devotion on 'caregiving,' or 'raining kids,' etc... I can easily find it) and easy to navigate archives. Also wordpress has some great themes that help you change the background of your site periodically just for a change of pace. I use wordpress for my blog and like to update the theme close to a holiday, or in honor of a project I am supporting, etc...If I am the lucky winner - you can notify me via my blog@

thanks, Kristy

I love reading these devotions every day, they are so thought provoking and often exactly what I need to hear! I like being able to search past entries by using keywords, so would like to see that in the new format. Thanks!

Thanks for the contest. As I talk to women in my age bracket I realize that we need more reliable information about dealing with the emotional and physical changes of "Mid-life".
