Jenifer Jernigan

Jenifer Jernigan, On Site Editor

Jenifer
is a wife and momma who is seeking to serve the Lord in all that she does. She and her husband have been married for 10 years and have been blessed with three beautiful children.

Although she was saved at the age of seven and felt God’s call into full-time service for Him around age thirteen, Jenifer spent many years “wandering aimlessly through the wilderness”. After her many years of roaming, God got a hold of her heart and the two of them have been inseparable since.

An avid student of the Word, Jenifer spends much of her time teaching and writing Bible studies. Her passion is to share God’s message of unconditional love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness with ladies of all ages. Jenifer is privileged to be a contributing writer for At the Well…In Pursuit of Titus 2, and the Faith Applied columnist for Exemplify Online an online Christian women’s magazine.

The Lord continues to daily stretch Jenifer and mold her into the woman He created her to be before the foundation of the world. The woman you meet behind these words is not a woman of perfection; rather she is a woman who has been saved By His Grace alone. Jenifer is so excited to share with you the miraculous work God has done in her life, marriage, and family.

Join her at By His Grace for a glimpse into the heart of a woman trying to serve the Lord in all she does.

Susan Shelton Dollyhigh

Susan Shelton Dollyhigh was born and raised in the small, quaint town of Mount Airy, North Carolina. Mount Airy (better known as Mayberry), is Andy Griffith’s hometown and the place that inspired The Andy Griffith Show. Susan and her husband reside there still today and have two grown children and one granddaughter.

Susan uses her inspirational stories as teaching tools at The Shepherd’s House, a homeless shelter for women and children. Susan has a passion for the homeless and for the last four years has taught a Bible study at the shelter.

Susan never intended to become a writer. She never intended to write even one story. But God intended for her to share her life and personal experiences as He restored beauty from the ashes of her life. She is very humbled that God would chose to use her to share the message that His power is indeed made perfect in weakness.

Susan is a free-lance writer and columnist. She was recently announced as the grand prize winner in Women of Faith’s Shine the Light Contest and the story appeared in September/October issue of Connection Magazine.
